inkstains to record official information in the community (such as the record of past winners and community guidelines) so that subsequent moderators can inherit control of those posts seamlessly.
In the event of the successful establishment of Challenge Points, this account will be the one to award those during voting to allow all moderators the chance to vote as regular members.
